With 19 days until midterms, Trump rallies GOP as Democrats outline first 100 days

President Donald Trump is continuing his midterm campaign blitz after rallies in Arizona and Montana, where he sought to energize Republican voters and boost candidates in key races.

House Democrats are laying out an ambitious 100-day agenda if they retake the majority, focusing on affordability, health care, tariffs and investigations into the Trump administration.

Election activity is intensifying nationwide, with early voting opening in North Carolina and campaigns increasingly focused on turnout, election security and competitive Senate, House and gubernatorial races.

President Donald Trump issued a Truth Social post early Thursday urging people to vote for Sen. Jon Husted, R-Ohio, as the lawmaker faces former Sen. Sherrod Brown in the Buckeye State’s special U.S. Senate election.
