Wall Street Closes Lower As Tech Selloff Deepens

(New York, NY) — Wall Street is closing in the red to end the week. Stocks slid as the AI selloff pressured markets. Chipmakers including Micron, AMD and Sandisk fell sharply as investors rotated out of artificial intelligence-related shares. At the closing bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 175 points to 52-002. The S&P 500 fell 84 points to 76-59. The Nasdaq dropped 572 points to 26-140.
