Tony Romo, CBS Part Ways

(New York, NY) — Former NFL star Tony Romo is out at CBS Sports. The network announced the two sides mutually agreed to part ways Friday. This comes after he was placed on leave following his July DUI arrest in Wisconsin. Romo pleaded no contest to a drunk driving charge, losing his license for six months and being ordered to pay a 784-dollar fine. CBS said former NFL star JJ Watt will continue to work with Jim Nantz and Tracy Wolfson on their lead NFL announce team for the remainder of the season.
