SCOTUS Allows Trump Admin Deportation Policy

(Washington, DC) — The Supreme Court is making it easier to deport some immigrants to countries that aren’t their own. On Tuesday the court granted an emergency request from the Trump Administration looking to block a lower court’s ruling that such deportations are unlawful. That court ruled the immigrants affected are not given a chance to raise concerns over safety risks before they are sent to countries where they have no ties. In Tuesday’s order, the Supreme Court said the it would hear arguments on the case in December and then issue a definitive ruling.
