Fidelis Partnership files for US IPO

Sept 25 (Reuters) – Insurance firm TFP Group, better known as the Fidelis Partnership, filed for an initial public offering in the US on Friday.

Expectations for a quick start to the fall IPO window have failed to materialize as surging ​bond yields and a tightening rate environment weigh on risk appetite.

TFP Group and some of its existing shareholders plan to sell shares in the offering.

Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and J.P. Morgan are among the underwriters for the offering.

TFP Group will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “TFP.”
