(Bethany, OK) — A coroner’s report has revealed an Oklahoma college football player died from a traumatic brain injury and brain bleed after a helmet-to-helmet collision. ESPN reports 21-year-old Tyler Ulrich suffered a subdural hematoma while playing safety for Division Two Southern Nazarene University. Ulrich was injured during an October 10th game against Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas and died five days later.
