(Undated) — Heavy rain and high winds are still impacting the Southeast as post-tropical cyclone Isaias [[ ee-sy-EE-us ]] moves further inland. More than 400 thousand people are still without power in Florida where the storm came ashore as a Category 2 hurricane. At least three deaths are blamed on the storm which knocked down trees, damaged homes and flooded streets in parts of Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Forecasters say flash flooding, heavy rain, gusty winds and the risk of tornadoes will persist as the system makes its way toward the mid-Atlantic.
