Paraguay authorities order ex-president’s arrest after impeachment

ASUNCION, Nov 6 (Reuters) – Paraguay’s prosecutor’s office sent an arrest warrant for former President Santiago Peña on Friday, shortly after he was impeached by lawmakers.
