Lindsay Clancy Returns To Court For First Hearing On What Happens Next

(Plymouth, MA) — Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer is now arguing that no evidence shows she admitted to killing her three children. Clancy was back in court Tuesday for the first time since a mistrial was declared in her case earlier this month. Speaking in court, Clancy’s lawyer Kevin Reddington said she has no memory of killing her children and there’s not enough evidence to prove that she did. Her first trial ended earlier this month with jurors deadlocked over her insanity defense. Her lawyers want the charges dismissed, arguing another trial would violate her double jeopardy rights. The next hearing in the case is set for November 2nd.
