(SRN NEWS)-( ) New research from the Barna Group, in partnership with Gloo (GLUE), finds that pastors and Christians alike express concern about artificial intelligence getting Scripture wrong. Nearly three-quarters of U.S. adults, 83 percent of practicing Christians and 94 percent of pastors worry about this. Yet only one in twenty pastors think AI should entirely avoid answering questions about contested passages of Scripture, and just nine percent hold that the technology should entirely avoid interpreting theology where theologians disagree. Clergymen want AI to present multiple Scriptural interpretations when questions are uncertain.
( ) The WNBA’s Chicago Sky has banned Enes (EE-niss) Kanter Freedom from their home games after the former NBA center was ejected from Sunday’s loss to the Indiana Fever. Kantor was removed from the game after he was confronted by Sky guard Natasha Cloud over a t-shirt he was wearing which was critical of transgenderism. The shirt read “Woman: noun, adult human female.” The WNBA has been the subject of recent debates over whether men living as women will be allowed to play. The league has been a vigorous supporter of the LGBT agenda and of transgenderism specifically.
